RECIPE: White Chicken Chili
If you can’t boil water, this recipe is for you! Not only is this one of the easiest recipes to follow, it’s delicious and jam-packed with protein, essential amino acids, fats and fiber. Heat up your chili with jalapeños, or keep mild for the kiddos.
Ingredients
1 rotisserie chicken
1 (15oz) can garbanzo beans
1 (15oz) can great northern beans
1 (15oz) can kidney beans
2 (4oz) cans diced green chilis
1 block Monterey Jack cheese, cubed (optional)
Directions
- Pull and coarsely shred meat from rotisserie chicken. 
- Add everything (including liquid from canned ingredients) into crock pot. Let cook on low leave for 6-8 hours to enjoy at dinner time. 
- Serve with cubed avocado, sour cream, fresh cilantro, and sliced jalapeños. Enjoy!
