Watermelon Salad

Fresh, sweet, salty, and incredibly refreshing, this watermelon salad is the perfect side dish for summer gatherings, grilling nights, or a light lunch.

Ingredients

Combine in large serving bowl - ENJOY!

  • watermelon, cut into bite-sized cubes

  • Add crumbled feta cheese (or not if you are DF)

  • Fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced

  • Very thinly slice some red onion

  • Optional: aged balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze for drizzling

  • Optional: Freshly cracked black pepper

Tips
