RECIPE: Pineapple Peach Salsa
Ingredients
1 cup pineapple, diced
1 ripe peach, diced
1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons red onion, finely minced
1 small jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped (for mild heat)
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
Gently toss until well mixed.
Let sit for 10–15 minutes allowing flavors to meld.
Serve chilled with BBQ, tacos or over any grilled protein. (We love our salsa with halibut!)
Optional Enhancements
Try a splash of orange juice for added sweetness!
A pinch of chili flakes can help scale up the spice!
