RECIPE: Kale Chips

The name says it all! Super healthy snack that tastes amazing! Before we start, you will need a LARGE bowl and a baking sheet (or two).

Ingredients

1-2 Bundles kale
Olive oil
Himalayan salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Rip hearty leafy portion into bite pieces and place in bowl

  2. Drizzle pile of Kale pieces moderately with your favorite Olive Oil

  3. Get your hands in there and ‘crunch’ the pieces

  4. Add Himalayan salt (optional red pepper flakes for some heat)

  5. Spread out on baking sheets and bake at 350 until they crisp up (5-10 minutes)

  6. Let cool & Enjoy!

This delicious snack is SO GOOD for SO many reason. The polyphenols in the olive oil, the fiber for gut health and vitamins for bone health!
