RECIPE: Hot Honey Salmon

The perfect seasoning for salmon. This is an amazing meal filled with healing essential fatty acids, and the phytonutrients in the veggie you choose. All of this paired with conversation and family connection = WIN!

Ingredients

Wild-caught salmon filet
2 Tbsp hot honey
1½ Tbsp Dijon or whole-grain mustard
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Chili flakes to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Drizzle salmon filet with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Mix hot honey with mustard in a small bowl. Add a few chili flakes if you like the heat!

  4. Pour mixture evenly over filet. Bake for about 10 minutes, then remove from over and let rest.

  5. Pour any remaining hot honey mixture over filet and garnish with fresh dill or parsley. Pair with any veggie of your choice & let the conversations begin!
