LPCW accepts most insurance policies. We will verify your benefits and submit claims for you when warrented. Verification of insurance benefits is not a guarantee of payment by your insurance company. Most insurance plans do not cover supplements, herbs and other products. Payment for these items is your responsibility and due at the time of service.
